аварийный останов
Функция, которая предусмотрена для того, чтобы:
- предотвращать возникающие и уменьшать существующие для оператора опасности, повреждения машин или обрабатываемых деталей;
- быть вызванной одним единственным действием оператора в тех случаях, когда функция нормального останова не может быть использована.
Опасности, рассматриваемые в настоящем стандарте, - те опасности, которые могут являться результатом:
- функциональных нарушений (неправильное функционирование машины, недопустимые свойства обрабатываемых материалов, ошибки оператора);
- нормальной эксплуатации.
Примечание - Функции, такие как реверсирование или ограничение движения, отклонение, экранирование, торможение, разъединение, могут быть частью функции аварийного останова. В настоящем стандарте эти функции не рассматривают.

3.37 аварийная остановка (emergency stop): Функция машины, предназначенная для предотвращения возникновения опасности или уменьшения существующей опасности для людей, предотвращения поломки машины или обеспечения продолжения работы.
